DMCA Policy

Welcome to Suntiros (the “Site”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit a takedown notice to us via our DMCA Agent listed below.

As an internet service provider, we are entitled to claim protection under the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions. To file a valid copyright infringement notice, you must provide the following information:

Notice of Infringement – Claim A valid DMCA notice must include:

  1. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or authorized representative),
  2. Copyrighted Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed,
  3. Infringing Material: Identification of the infringing material to be removed, including the URL or other information sufficient to help us locate the material,
  4. Contact Information: Your name, address, email, and phone number,
  5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law,
  6. Accuracy Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner,

Important: Under Title 17 USC §512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents a claim may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees.

Submission Please send all DMCA takedown notices to our DMCA Agent via email: support@suntiros.com. Email submissions are recommended for faster processing. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be shared with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material If your material has been removed due to a DMCA claim and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter notification that includes:

  1. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature,
  2. Description: A description of the removed material and its original location (URL),
  3. Good Faith Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was due to mistake or misidentification,
  4. Contact Details: Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., consent to jurisdiction in any district where Suntiros may be found),

Counter notices should also be submitted via email to support@suntiros.com.

Repeat Infringer Policy We take copyright violations seriously. In compliance with the DMCA, we maintain records of DMCA notices and enforce a repeat infringer policy. Accounts of repeat offenders will be terminated.
