Farhan Akhtar :- Farhan Akhtar is an Indian film director, screenwriter, producer, actor, playback singer and television host. Born in Mumbai for screenwriter Javed Akhtar and Honey Irani, He grew up under the influence of the Hindi film industry. He started his career in Bollywood by working as assistant director in Lumhe and son of Himalaya. Akhtar, along with Rantesh Sidhwani, after the establishment of a production company named Excel Entertainment, Director started with Dil Chahta Hai and received critical acclaim for portraying modern youth.

Personal Life
During which he was dismissed from the institute in his second year due to lack of attendance. He married Anupura Bhabani in 2000, After being in a relationship with her for three years His first film, Dil Chahta Hai in 2001 He met for the first time during filming, In which he also included as a Bollywood Hairstylist. The pair has two daughters Shaka and Akira.

He hosted a TV show on NDTV Imagine, What is called Oi! Early Life
His sister is writer-director Zoya Akhtar. Their parents divorced in their early days, And her father married Shabana Azmi in 1984. Akhtar belongs to the Parsi Irani family on behalf of his mother. Farhan Akhtar is the cousin of Farah Khan and Sajid Khan. He studied at Mentegie Cooper School in Mumbai, And also studied for HR degree from Law College in Mumbai.
